Edit Suits Co. Marketing Strategy

Took ownership of the full digital marketing strategy, simplifying and improving performance across paid social and Google (Search, Performance Max and Shopping).

 

The focus was on making marketing work harder, reducing wasted spend, improving efficiency, and driving better results. This led to a 20% reduction in marketing spend year-on-year, while cutting customer acquisition costs by 70%.

 

Alongside performance, planned and directed both e-commerce and on-location photoshoots to strengthen the brand visually, contributing to features in titles including GQ and Esquire.

ACAI Seasonal Campaign

Led the development and launch of a seasonal brand campaign designed to reposition ACAI from a niche hiking brand to one that felt relevant to a much broader audience.
 

The concept centred around “outdoorsing” as an inclusive, everyday activity, opening the brand up to dog walkers, families, and casual outdoor lifestyles. Delivered a full campaign rollout across influencer partnerships, celebrity engagement, including Dr Julie Jones, paid social and email, supported by a Lake District shoot to bring the creative to life.

 

The campaign drove a 64% increase in customer reach, doubled the email database (+100% growth), and significantly expanded the brand’s audience beyond its core market.

Portmeirion Press Launch

Led a multi-channel brand and PR campaign to celebrate Susan Williams-Ellis’ 100th year, including the launch of a major exhibition at the V&A in London.

 

Managed end-to-end planning and delivery of a London press event, creating an immersive brand experience inspired by the iconic Botanic Garden range, alongside workshops, talks and bespoke brand moments.

Coordinated filming with ITV at Portmeirion Village featuring Sophie Conran to further amplify reach and storytelling.

 

Alongside campaign delivery, managed the full migration of the e-commerce site to Magento and supported the launch of Sophie Conran’s collection through intimate press events. The campaign generated press coverage, 30% increase in web traffic during the campaign, and strengthened brand visibility across both heritage and new audiences.

Sara Miller Launch

Delivered a high-impact launch campaign for a new Sara Miller London collection, bringing the brand to life through a carefully curated press and influencer event in London.

Hosted at the Mondrian Hotel, the launch created an immersive brand experience that reflected the collection’s signature aesthetic, attracting key press, retailers and high-profile guests.

 

Activity included influencer engagement, experiential moments, and standout brand executions such as a fully wrapped London taxi to amplify visibility. The campaign drove 30+ pieces of coverage, increased brand awareness, and supported a successful product launch with strong engagement across both press and social channels.
